Physical, Spiritual, and Mental Unity

Humanity is like a flower with roots, stems, and petals.

The root of humankind is understanding the limits and needs required for spiritual growth. Knowing what you need, such as appropriate clothing for the current situation, and understanding your limitations, such as whether you can build a house to protect yourself, are all spiritual, although they may seem physical.

The stem of humankind is knowing what is healthy and beneficial for your body to enable physical growth. Knowing what is healthy for your body, such as eating salmon, and understanding what your body needs, such as daily workouts to stretch and carry out daily tasks, including the fuel required to power your home, are all physical. Understanding your limitations, such as the weight you can carry or the clothing required for carrying out tasks, can increase your body’s capabilities, supporting stem growth from the root which is spiritual.

The petals of humankind are understanding how to react to situations in the present moment, identifying and solving problems as correctly as possible, leading to mental growth. Knowing the situation you are in, such as whether there is rain, and determining the appropriate solution, such as using an umbrella or seeking shelter, are all mental. The roots feeding the stem enable the petals to blossom, helping you remain focused, organized, and strong enough to tackle problems.

Those lacking one element are deficient in the others. Growing all parts with balance and self-love is essential to prosper; the strength that comes from unity begins from within.

Setting Up My Hammock Late at Night

I wandered through the forest alone
But my peace was soon overthrown.
As the dogs came bounding near
My heart was filled with sudden fear.

With my shaky hands I was holding my hammock
While jumping up to get on to the rock.
But the dogs were closing in fast
So I took a deep breath and prayed it would not ever-last.

With a watchful eye, I surveyed their tails.
Some were friendly, some were fierce as gales.
Their noses searched my clothes and skin
But all they found was the smell of the wind.

Eye to eye, they locked their gaze.
I had to think of something in a haste.
I rummaged through my bag to find
A snack to soothe their hungry minds.

They ate and ate until they were full.
Their bellies round and satisfied, so cool!
I seized the chance to raise my hammock high,
And rest my weary body under the sky.

I lay in my hammock, safe and sound.
Watching the dogs roam around.
Glad to have escaped their jaws and growls
As I whispered a grateful prayer for my newfound prowl.

Rainbow

Rainbow is created by the rain when it scatters the beams of sunlight into the eyes of an observer; it is a natural beauty to behold. The observer gets excited and becomes happy to see the rainbow, subconsciously realizing how this natural occurrence exists everywhere. The entire universe is actually the result of the scattering of the light of consciousness. Some call this consciousness their self because they are aware as the observer, and some call this consciousness God because they cannot yet believe it is actually them until they wake up. When the light scatters, it creates colors, and these colors make the universe observable. Although all these colors look different, they are one in essence. Because they are one in essence, our subconscious rejoices because it receives the most valuable clue on how the universe exists. There are rainbow warriors, knowingly hippies not as they are known today but as they were known from the beginning. These rainbow warriors give their love unconditionally, and with this love, they conquer. They cure nature, sometimes by collecting trash or planting new trees. They are warriors who never fight because they know that whatever they see and do is from themselves, or the way unaware people see it, it is all from God. For these warriors, all the ‘you’s,’ ‘they’s,’ and ‘we’s’ are ‘I’ because their self is omnipresent everywhere, and for unaware people, it is God who is omnipresent everywhere. These warriors also notice that all that exists and what is beyond all that exists is themselves, as each of us is also a warrior who shapes like a unique color from the spectrum of life. So, if all there is, is us, what are we holding onto that we cannot let go? How can we lose when there is nothing to lose, or how can we find when there is nothing to find, but We Are? If we try to catch the rainbow, we only lose sight of it, but if we try not to catch but enjoy what is happening there, we can see the rainbow until its time ends. To let it be (which is said in most religions as Amen) is to let us be. If you let the rainbow be by not blocking its light, you also let yourself be. So do not block what you call “others” so that you may not be blocked but instead find ways for all beings to live free and happy. Only then can We Be aware that the rainbow is from ourselves. We are observing what we are creating, or the way unaware people say, we are observing what God is creating. Whether we are aware or not is not important; what is important is We Are. We, as We Are, radiate our light as love in each of our hugs and kisses to the whole universe, making all that is visible, as They Are. All returns to unity when their presence is complete, and we all reach this unity. We blossom as the rainbow, which is higher than any heavens that exist.

Love

Everything starts with Love and ends with Love. Love is everything. Love makes everything nothing, nothing everything. We don’t reach Love but Love reaches us, and we all be together becoming one because Love makes us reach absolute unity. And this unity is the beginning of the return of what was once one before. In the end it eliminates all the differences of colors into pure white light; and since it is the differences that causes us to improve and all of our aim is to improve into something absolute that it is only when our aims are completed is when the time stops. It is when the Love conquers is when you notice you lack nothing and you desire nothing. The awareness is to understand that it is the desires that cause us to lack, and the aims that make us feel incomplete when we Love even once in a life time us when we recognize how complete we actually are in this oneness. And this Love is unconditional and inseparable, it is in the core of all the matters. Again is this Love that makes us reach absolute now. And Us in this moment respectively say and shout echoes in eternity, “I. I am. I am who I am. I am being. I am living!”. When we let Love reach us with sincerity is when we leave our attachments behind. Then is the moment we say and shout, “I am living, I am being, I am who I am, I am, I!”. Then our self surrenders, no longer is there to exist but becomes this unconditional Love. (From my 20 April 2018 WordPress Post: Sevgi, it is translated by myself to English)
